XS gusset joggers! Made with Zayo fabrics and Bamboo Stretch Fleece (so soft)! Waist measures 25" and has elastic (will stretch about 3-4" if needed). Inseam is about 31" but fits well on me and mine is 29" (depends on if you want them baggy or more straight). One of my fav items I've ever made!
